All you really want to do is find the perfect design from your library for your next embroidery project.Īfter installing the Embrilliance Thumbnailer software, I opened up a folder labeled Butterfly, where I store one of my favorite butterfly designs. Finding the embroidery designs was a challenge. ![]() (We know you have a large stash!) In the past, you would see a list of file names but no preview. Then you click on a folder where you store you very large library of embroidery designs. Imagine yourself clicking on your My Documents folder. Now your creativity and productivity will flourish! With the Embrilliance Thumbnailer, you can actually SEE the embroidery designs! No more guessing what "Butterfly.pes" or any of your designs look like anymore! The file names are plain and non-functional! Your embroidery files WITHOUT the Embrilliance Thumbnailer. The second option enables you to edit you profile information, and the last will allow you to change your password.SUPER SAVER ITEM: NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FURTHER DISCOUNT. The first option, 'My Activities' lets you view your ticket history. If you are logged in, you'll see a link to your account information and can click your name for further options. Viewing your Ticket History / Managing Profile Information Once you are confirmed you can log in and view your history. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you used. Please use the same address you used when submitting your tickets in order to connect your account to your existing history. You will then be presented with a window asking for your email address. ![]() If you have already submitted a ticket, but have never been sent a password, you need to request a password before you can log in to see your ticket status and history.Ĭlick the 'Get a Password' link (highlighted in the image below) in the window that pops up when you click 'Sign In'. If you have already gotten a password, you can sign in directly. If you are not logged in, you'll see a 'Sign In' link in the far upper right hand corner. Changing Profile Information and Viewing your Tickets Logging In This takes you to a form that directly submits a ticket to the Embrilliance Support Team. Simply look to the upper right hand corner of the Support Center, you'll find the 'Submit a Request' link. You don't have to be logged in to submit a request or 'ticket'. The search bar at the top of the main page will allow you to search the articles in all categories. Beneath the categories, you'll see the latest publishes articles. In the FAQ category, our most frequently asked questions and useful tips will be continually added to and updated. Finding Answers to your Embrilliance Questionsįrom the Main Menu, you'll see categories under which we've stored articles answering questions about Embrilliance and showing important updates like this one. The Embrilliance Support Center includes many new tools to help you find answers to your Embrilliance questions, contact the Embrilliance support team, and view your Support history.
